I logged on to the CityU Admission Application website last night and found that my PCLL[1] application was successful:

I must now decide if I really want to go for the extra step and get qualified as a lawyer in Hong Kong. I have until July 17 to confirm with the school. If I were a "normal"[2] law student (i.e. one of those young kids), taking PCLL would be a no-brainer. However, I am really an old guy...sigh!
To be honest, I think this is every law student's dream to get admitted into this programme (among the 3 offering universities in Hong Kong). However, completing this programme is not going to be a walk in the park. This is not my concern...I am confident that I can do it.
I do have other concerns....like my age, financial situation etc.
[1] Postgraduate Certificate in Laws. You may want to read my other posts to learn more about this programme. It is similar to the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in UK.
[2] You must know me to understand my rather unique situation.
