Today, I bought myself an ASUS DR-900 Eee Reader! A 9-inch e-ink reader! Finally, I can read full page (US Letter or A4) documents on a portable reading device.

Is it better than my 4-year-old Sony PRS-505 (a 6-inch ebook reader)? I think so.

 I picked up the official results today and am relieved that it's finally done.

I am going to keep this simple.

It's so tragic & I am saddened. Those tourist hostages from Hong Kong didn't have to die if the situation was properly handled by the Manila police...

Also, the poorest people in Philippines are going to suffer because the country had essentially turned many tourists away.

The most important thing is that...people in HK should not be angry at the Filipino people (especially those migrant workers & domestic maids in HK). In my view, there is no place for hatred regardless of what had happened! Hatred is going to make matters worst.

Today is Jan 3^rd, 2010. My mom was hit by a car on Jan 3^rd, 2006 and she has been in a coma for 4 full years. I really think it’s about time for her to wake up! Mom, can you hear us?
